Intermediate Football Champions: Captain Donall Keane lifted the Cup on Sunday afternoon. After a tight first half our Redmen came out in the second half and put Ballymun to the Sword. The game finished 2.16 to 2.7 with the important goals coming from Donal Farrell & Paul Flynn. This is the clubs first Intermediate title since 1957 and returns the club to coveted senior status.
AIB Leinster Inter Champ: This Saturday 5th November at 2pm, our Leinster journey will start. We will play St Joseph’s of Louth in the quarter final away at Cluskey Park, Dromiskin (approx. 10 km south of Dundalk).
U16 Girls: Congratulations to the girls on winning their Div 2 championship on Tuesday evening. The management of Danny, Nicola & Fintan would like to pass their thanks on to the players, parents & supporters after their victory v Scoil UiChonaill.
Mid Term Coaching: This week, Wed, Thur & Fri from 9am – 4pm there will be additional coaching course for U10 – U16. It will take place in all three codes, Football, Hurling & Camogie at a cost of €3 per day. Further info on times from all lead mentors.
Nursery Staff Training Foundation Course: Football and Hurling course for all Nursery staff, will take place on the 11th and 18th of November (7pm - 9.30pm) on both nights in the club.
New Arrival: New mobile goals will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon to the club.
New Year: We are launching our First Ever Fingallians Calendar next Saturday morning. It is a 14 month calendar November 2016 to December 2017 with all significant Fins dates included. Limited Availability. Great Christmas Present and will be available for the bar & club shop @ €10 each.
Scór: The Dublin inter club Scór na nÓg table quiz will take place at Fingallians on Friday 4th November. The winners will represent Dublin against the remaining 31 counties in the All-Ireland final in February 2017. Best of luck to the Fins team.
Oktoberfest 2016: A big thank you to Teresa and her team on a very successful night after weeks of planning. All proceeds from the night will go towards new club audio visual equipment.
AGM: The date is the 17th November in the main hall at 9pm. Nomination papers have been sent by email and are also available from the club office.
Academy: The Christmas Party will take place this year on Saturday morning, 10th of December in the club hall.
Dublin City Marathon: Congratulations to all our members who completed the 26.2 miles on Sunday morning.
Lotto: Numbers 4, 10, 20, 23 & 29. We had 5 winners each receiving €450. The Jackpot on Tuesday evening will be €2,276.
